Be yourself and don’t act to impress others

In this world of today, many people want to impress others without valid reason for this impression but just to make sure they are special to you or to others which is not good for anyone.  This pretending of impressions mainly happens on social media or when with other people. We all know, it is easy to start acting like someone else you are not, but you should know also this key fact: You do not have to act like a stranger because the way God created you, is the best creation for you. I hope you don’t know better then God as God is your creator. 1. You are made a unique reason Every person is unique, and that is by design from God. No one is fully perfect, and in nature two persons cannot see things in the same way. What you care for or think might not be the same as someone else, and that is fine. This mixed up of thoughts, ways, and who we are is part of what makes life great. Trying to change your ways to fit what others want or to get them to like you does not add any worth or value to your style. In fact, it can do the other way, maybe it can make you lose your true worth and real self. Keep in mind: You are not here to copy others. You are here to be the best of you. 2. Acting like someone else may lower your real worth. When you act in ways that are not true to you, folks may feel it is fake. While you might get some eyes on you for now, you risk losing the real respect from others and from yourself later on. Often, who you truly are may be cooler than the fake you try to show. People like real, humble, and true acts. When you are real, you pull in real bonds. Life lesson: Win people with your truth, not your act, because I don’t know for how long you will continue acting. 3. Be open to be flexible, but keep being you are real Being yourself does not mean you say no to grow or change. For sure, you should get better, learn, and grow without pretending to someone else. All these flexibilities and growing are for you, not just to make others happy. Be open, ready to take in new things, and kind with others but always hold on to what you believe, your rules, and who you are. Build who you want to be, in a real, slow, and with a goal way. Advice: You can be both new and true. You do not have to pick between being real and being on fake. Conclusion: You do not have to act fake so that people to like you. Your true self, real thoughts, and who you are, are more worth than any act you are showing. Be the best true self you can be, not a copy of what someone else is. So today, I will tell you •         Do not fake to fit in •         Do not act just to wow •         Be real, kind, and be your be forever Final Thought: The coolest person you can be is the one who takes the step to be truly themselves.

Nothing is 100% difficult, the power of the right approach matters

In life, we face big jobs or tasks that look too tough or even not doable at all. But in truth, not a single thing is 100% hard because most times, things seem hard as we have not yet found the best way to take them on. With the right way of thinking, tools, team, and time, many of our issues can be handled and even fixed. When we meet something new or hard, we may stop, doubt ourselves, or fear we might fail. But, it’s smarter to stop and ask the right questions rather than give up or stay away. This can show us what’s really making things tough and help us move ahead. Think about these four big questions: I am sure everyone wants to beat these big or tough jobs, before you say something is “too tough,” please think hard on these: 1. Are you working with the right team? Most of the time, success needs more than one person. With the right folks who help, cheer you on, and add real value, even the toughest jobs get a bit easier. But if you’re with negative, unskilled, or lazy people, moving ahead can get slow or stop altogether. To win please, make or join a team that sees things like you do, likes working together, and aims for shared goals. 2. Are you doing it the right way? Often, what seems like a hard task is just us not doing it the smart way. If you’re working wrong or don’t know enough, you’ll get frustrated. But when you find the smart way, things start to click. Tip: Don’t be scared to learn from others, look for advice, or try a new way. Doing the same thing again and again but expecting a new outcome, that’s foolish. 3. Are you using the right tools? You can’t build a house just with your hands. Tools are key. If you’re trying to finish a job without the right tools, software, or things you need, of course it will feel too hard. Reminder: Pick out the tools or stuff needed for the job and make sure you have them. 4. Are you doing it at the right time? Good timing is crucial. Trying to plant in a dry spell or start a project when everyone is busy can make any job seem hopeless. Waiting for a good time or planning better can change a lot. My advice to everyone: Kindly know your surroundings and choices. Plan your work wisely. Finally, if all the answers to these questions are yes, what’s left? With right: – People – Way – Tools – Time The last things you need are to stick with it and keep going. Many fail not because the job is too hard, but because they quit too soon or don’t keep at it long enough. Lesson: Stay sharp. Don’t stop. Big things take time but you can do them. In the end, every big win once looked like a high hill we couldn’t climb. But those who get there do so not because it was easy, but because they got ready well, picked the right ways, and stayed on track. Keep in your mind: “Nothing is 100% hard. It only turns doable when you give it your all.” So, when something seems not doable, stop, ask those four main questions, and go on with a strong will. You might just be a small step away from making it doable.

Technology has the power to make you smartest or make you obsolete: it all depends on how you choose to use it.

Tech is no doubt one of the big things man has made in our time. It changes all parts of our day-to-day lives—from how we talk and work to how we learn, meet, and even get health care. No matter if a person can read or not, is young or old, it’s now hard to live with no tech. This is because the need and use of it by people all over the world have grown a lot. From cell phones to web banking and online classes, tech is deep into our day-by-day life. One big and key use of tech is talking to others. With a small device, you can now reach a person far away in no time. Families not near can keep in touch, firms can work all over the world, and thoughts can move faster than ever. With no tech, such world-wide reach would just not work. Yet, strong as tech is, it is also a two-way thing. It brings both good and bad, gains and risks. Tech can give you facts, skills, and big links—but it can also bring you off track, wrong info, need for it, and even lonely if not used right. At the end, it is up to you. Tech can make you smarter, more able to do things, and better linked—or it can make you lazy, too much in need, and not there. It all rests on how you use it. Will you let tech help you, or will you end up its tool?

Teach your kids with care, respect, and in private

Teach your kids with care, respect, and in private Teaching kids right from wrong is key to helping them grow up to be kind, fair, and happy. But the way and place you teach them can really change how they feel about themselves. The goal is to fix bad actions, build good traits, and keep their pride intact. ConclusionTeaching your kids is a big part of being a parent, and how you do it shapes who they become. Always choose to teach in private, with kindness and respect. Public shame is not loving; it hurts. When kids are raised with respect and care, they are more likely to be happy and successful in life. Remember, all kids deserve the same respect we want for ourselves.Final thought: Teach with love, not humiliation. Teach with kindness, not fear.

Human beings are led, and non-humans are managed

One key rule in leading and working with people is to know that they are not like machines. They are alive, with feelings, dreams, and fears. Machines follow strict rules, but people need support, drive, and help. They must be led, not just handled. To be a good leader, in your place, job, or among friends, you must put people first, using good shapes, care, and a clear image. 1. Show by Doing, more so when the job is tough Real leading starts with taking a step first, more so when faced with hard stuff. If there’s a job that looks hard or not safe in the eyes of the rest, be the first to move. Even if unsure if you can do it, wanting to try shows bravery in you to the rest, and that by itself is strong. Why? Because we all get moved by seeing acts, not by just hearing words. When folks see you take on hard things, they start to feel it can be done. Even if you don’t win, you have shown that giving it a go is more key than fear. And maybe someone else, moved by how you acted, will do it where you could not. Their win is a win for all, and it gets everyone set to face stuff that looked too hard before. The lesson in leading: Don’t wait until sure you’ll win. Lead, be there, and do your best. Your act plants seeds of bravery in others. 2. Your job is to lift spirits, not to boss Machines are run and set to work in known ways. But people need to feel part of a big plan, that what they do has a goal and that their work is seen. Your job as a leader is not to boss them around, but to make a place where they want to act from the heart. This means: • Pushing open talks. • Seeing and celebrating good work. • Taking fails as part of getting better. • Showing everyone the big plan that all are working for. When people feel they matter, got heard, and are lifted, they give their best not because they have to, but because they want to and believe in the plan. Note on drive: Each time someone in your team wins, it’s not just a win for them but shines on the whole team. That’s how strong, tied teams are made. In the end The split between running and leading is in how we treat people. Machines need controls; people need sparks. When you show by doing and let others own their roles, you make a team bound by trust, shared sights, and deep thanks. Top leaders know their job is to lead, to show what can be, and to make room for others to grow. So, the next time you face a tough job, step up bold because your move could light the fire for all. Keep in mind: You’re not just handling a job; you’re guiding hearts to something big.

How to maintain good human relationships

How to keep good ties with peopleGood ties with others are key to a life full of meaning. This is true in families, with friends, or at work. Being able to keep strong and healthy ties is a must-have ability. A lot of ways exist to build such ties, but two main ideas can make your talks better and help you get the love and respect of those around you. Ending thoughtsStrong human ties are made from both give and take, mutual respect, and knowing how to feel with others. By sharing what you have truly and not asking for too much, you show you are reliable, thoughtful, and kind. These actions build deeper trust and links that last longer, both in your personal and work life.Keep in mind: Share with your heart and think before you act. Give warmly, and take with care.
